At People’s Programs we believe that in order for one to change society, they must first grasp how the current conditions came to be. As an organization dedicated to not just the liberation of the African Diaspora, but all the world’s oppressed peoples, we recognize that we must learn the many intricacies that have led to our socioeconomic and political subjugation. Thus, we’ve built an extensive curriculum exploring the historical development and contemporary manifestations of racist-capitalist imperialism and the institutions, organizations, and systems that allow it to flourish. Additionally, we also prioritize the dissemination of the rich Radical and Revolutionary history of the African Diaspora. Through films, podcasts, community classes, poetry, photography and more, People’s Programs brings quality Political Education directly to the people!
