People’s Programs presents the second annual People’s Pop-Up Market event! This event will be an indoor/outdoor event held on Sunday, July 28th from 12-5pm in Oakland, CA. If you are a small business who is interested in being a vendor at this event, please use the form below to apply!

Must be following @peoplesprograms on Instagram to be considered for vending at this event. An event fee will be required to secure your spot.
ALL FOOD VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO OBTAIN A TFF (Temporary Food Facility Permit) through the Health Department of Alameda County. Please message us directly if you need instructions/assistance with this process, we are glad to help!
Yes, food vendors must still complete vendor fee payment, pay for the TFF permit and obtain liability insurance.
We are looking for vendors that fall under the categories of (but not limited to):
Food Vendors & Food Trucks (pre-packaged / cooking on site)
Beverage Vendors (non-alcoholic, boba, etc.)
Fresh Produce (fruits, vegetables, herbs, etc.)
Desserts (cookies, cupcakes, shave ice, ice cream, etc.)
Artwork & Crafts
Hair Care & Body Care
Crystal Shops (bracelets, authentic crystals, etc.)
Apparel (streetwear, thrift, sneakers)
We currently do not have the capacity for the following vendors at this time:
Promotional/Informational for services/business
Bar Services & Alcoholic Drinks
Plant Shops
FOOD/SNACK/DRINK VENDORS - CURRENT FOOD HANDLERS CERTIFICATE, TFF PERMIT AND LIABILITY INSURANCE ARE REQUIRED. THESE DOCUMENTS WILL BE REQUESTED VIA EMAIL UPON APPROVAL OF YOUR APPLICATION.
